Warehouse and Facilities Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse and Facilities Supervisor. We’re searching for someone to oversee and optimize our warehouse operations. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient organization and maintenance of the warehouse, managing inbound and outbound shipments, and implementing effective inventory management systems. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills and excellent problem-solving abilities. We are seeking someone energetic, positive, and self-motivated.

Pay Range: $19-$22

Location: Lewisville, TX Monday - Friday 7AM - 4PM

Responsibilities

• Oversee the organization and maintenance of the warehouse space for efficient flow

• Manage inbound and outbound shipments to ensure accuracy and timeliness

• Create labels and ship small on average 15 small packages per week

• Implement efficient inventory management systems to track and control project materials and stock levels

• Conduct regular audits on stock materials to ensure inventory accuracy

• Drive 26’ box truck and make occasional deliveries to local DFW job sites

• Provide regular updates to Project Managers on delivery schedules and inventory status

• Generate and analyze reports related to warehouse performance, inventory levels, and delivery schedules

• Maintain accurate documentation of all warehouse activities

• Coordinate with external vendors and oversee repairs and maintenance tasks for Dallas

• Office including HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and structural components – as

needed

• Collaborate with department heads and stakeholders to assess space utilization and

• Identify opportunities for warehouse optimization

• Manage office supply inventory and reorder as needed (Paper towels, coffee, copy paper etc)

Requirements

• Proven experience as a warehouse supervisor or similar role

• Strong computer skills (Outlook Email, Microsoft Word & Excel)

• Strong organizational and prioritization abilities

• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills

• Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management and logistics

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Must be able to obtain DOT Medical Card

• Ability to operate forklift, scissor lift, 26’ box truck and other warehouse equipment

• Ability to lift freight up to 30 pounds

• Certifications in warehouse management, facilities or logistics is advantageous
