Job description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales Development Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for building and nurturing client relationships. This role requires a detail-oriented, high-energy individual who is eager to contribute to our growth by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities. Pay: $18-$20 Per Hour
Location: Dallas area (Remote)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities
Make outbound calls and emails to set appointments for Sales Representatives as assigned by Business Development Representatives and leaders
Meet or exceed daily call quotas as assigned
Qualify potential clients to ensure they have the authority to implement a solution
Document all activity with prospects and customers in HubSpot
Complete and schedule follow-up meetings with clients
Act as the backup for main phone line calls as assigned
Qualifications
Prior customer service or sales experience is preferred
Prior experience with CRM software is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft office
Sets and surpasses goals
Can multi-task and manage time effectively
Can comfortably work in a fast-paced environment
