Are you passionate about sales and building strong client relationships? Join our team as a Sales Representative and contribute to the growth of our organization by helping clients improve their business operations with our innovative solutions.
Job Responsibilities:
• Master SSG products and services to enhance the business lives of clients.
• Develop expertise in the eight core markets and vertical applications to help clients increase efficiency and save money.
• Proactively prospect for new business by growing existing client relationships and identifying opportunities with new clients.
• Engage in lead generation activities, including attending trade shows, business events, and lead groups to drive growth.
• Utilize the CHAMPION Method of selling to increase the closed business ratio.
• Conduct in-depth client surveys to understand key business drivers, stakeholder expectations, and organizational needs.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, from CEOs to end-users, ensuring alignment with client goals.
• Effectively manage time to handle multiple opportunities simultaneously, advancing them through the sales process.
• Build and maintain a sales funnel that is 3.5 times the quota, ensuring consistent performance.
• Regularly report on sales activities, tasks, and progress in a central database.
• Achieve assigned revenue and gross profit quotas.
• Actively engage with assigned accounts and prospect targets, following up promptly on leads generated by SSG marketing campaigns.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in outside business-to-business (B2B) sales.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of the sales process, with a results-oriented mindset.
• Consistently delivers against targets and quotas.
• Demonstrates tenacity and determination in overcoming challenges.
• Thrives in a high-energy, goal-driven environment.
• Approaches tasks with speed and precision to meet client expectations.
