Job description

We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and multitasking professional to join our team as a Project Coordinator. In this role, you will manage the logistics and deliverables of multiple projects, ensuring smooth execution from the moment a purchase order (PO) is received to project completion. Key responsibilities include ordering materials, managing shipping schedules, coordinating installation crews, and overseeing project closeout procedures—all while keeping customers informed and updated on timelines.

Pay: $55,000-$60,000k BOE

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with multiple vendors to order materials and serve as their main point of contact.

  • Manage shipping schedules and project timelines to align with customer requirements.

  • Schedule and coordinate installation crews.

  • Conduct occasional site visits to monitor project progress.

  • Update and maintain project details within the internal ERP system.

  • Communicate regularly with the sales, planning, installation teams, and customers.

  • Ensure timely billing by coordinating with the accounting team.

  • Oversee project deliverables, ensuring they meet specified requirements.

  • Manage project budgets to stay within approved limits.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or associate degree in Communication, Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for working with people.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.

  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively under pressure.

  • Previous experience in project coordination is required.

  • Experience in construction or a related field is a plus.
