Southwest Solutions Group is seeking a Logistics Project Manager to oversee freight coordination and project execution across multiple job sites. This hybrid role merges traditional logistics responsibilities with project management functions to ensure seamless delivery and installation of our solutions. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, problem-solver, and leader, who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $50,000-$60,000 BOE

Location: Hybrid in Lewisville, TX

Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage freight shipments between vendors and customer job sites

  • Serve as the primary liaison between vendors, freight carriers, and internal teams

  • Monitor and control shipping schedules to align with project timelines and customer expectations

  • Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure materials arrive on time and are undamaged

  • Track and update project milestones using our internal ERP system

  • Communicate regularly with Project Managers and/or customers to provide updates and manage expectations

  • File freight claims promptly and follow-up to ensure timely responses and reimbursements. Persistent and confident in holding carriers accountable

  • Work closely with the sales, planning, and accounting teams to ensure smooth project execution

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Logistics, Business, Supply Chain, or related field

  • 2+ years of experience in logistics coordination, project management, or a related role

  • Strong understanding of freight and shipping processes

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt quickly to changing priorities

  • Construction or installation industry experience is a plus
