Compensation: $70,000- $85,000 BOE

Job Description

This candidate will have an ongoing curiosity to keep up to date with compliance laws and regulations. With thorough understanding of guidelines and compliance practices, this conscientious individual will identify and carry out compliance control and will ensure all Southwest Solutions Group(SSG) departments adhere to compliance standards and in-house policies. This self-motivated and innovative professional will thrive on the chance to build new risk management and auditing systems to protect SSG against risk.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop effective and efficient policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable legal and regulatory frameworks within all departments.
• Review and evaluate company procedures and reports to identify compliance issues.
• Establish self-audit and compliance requirements for various departments.
• Develop and implement process to perform periodic audits and receive compliance updates of the
• Continuously research to stay up to date with multi-state compliance laws and ensure that all department managers are kept up to date with compliance standards.
• Creating and reviewing of regulatory compliance documentation.
• Responsible for managing external comprehensive compliance management systems.
• Assist department managers in completing any compliance related documents and reports accurately and on time.
• Implement ongoing education and training of safety and compliance related topics.

Qualifications & Desired Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field
• Proven experience in compliance
• Highly innovative and motivated self-starter
• Strong ability to identify qualified research
• Ability to identify complex issues and come up with effective solutions.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, employees, and clients.
• Implementation strategy, metric measurement and continuous monitoring expectations and deliverables.
