Job description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales Development Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for building and nurturing client relationships. This role requires a detail-oriented, high-energy individual who is eager to contribute to our growth by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities. Pay: $18-$20 Per Hour

Location: Dallas area (Remote) 

Employment Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls and emails to set appointments for Sales Representatives as assigned by Business Development Representatives and leaders
  • Meet or exceed daily call quotas as assigned
  • Qualify potential clients to ensure they have the authority to implement a solution
  • Document all activity with prospects and customers in HubSpot
  • Complete and schedule follow-up meetings with clients
  • Act as the backup for main phone line calls as assigned

Qualifications

  • Prior customer service or sales experience is preferred
  • Prior experience with CRM software is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft office
  • Sets and surpasses goals
  • Can multi-task and manage time effectively
  • Can comfortably work in a fast-paced environment
