We are looking for a motivated individual to fill our Sales Development Representative position! This position plays an important role in the company’s success in creating the top of the sales funnel.

Experience in Sales or Customer Support is preferred, but we’re willing to train someone with a willingness and passion to learn.

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be:

  • Researching, identifying, and prospecting new clients
  • Uncover, qualify, and build relationships with sales prospects within assigned territory
  • Qualify prospects with a mixture of phone, email, and other forms of outreach
  • Qualify potential clients to ensure they have authority to decide on implementing a solution
  • Identify key decision-makers and business plan points
  • Partnering with our Account Executives to help fill their pipeline and develop your skills.

We are seeking for an individual who:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication along with basic selling skills are required
  • Has computer literacy and experience with CRM software preferred
  • Experience in customer service is preferred
  • Sets and surpasses goals
  • Can multi-task and manage time effectively
  • Can comfortably work in a fast-paced environment
  • Has excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Prior sales experience is a plus
  • Prior Customer Service Experience is a plus
